Turn RIGHT at the red light onto Hillcrest Drive. > If you're coming from the direction of River Falls on US 84 (West) -- turn right onto the Western Bypass.  You will travel through TWO red light intersections.  Look for the JACKS fast food restaurant on your RIGHT; it is at the 3rd red light for Hillcrest Drive / Western Bypass.  Turn RIGHT at the red light onto Hillcrest Drive. > If you're coming from the direction of Brewton/Baker (US 29 South) --  stay on the Western Bypass. You will travel through THREE red light intersections.  Look for the JACKS fast food restaurant on your LEFT; it is at the 4th red light intersection for Hillcrest Drive / Western Bypass.  Turn LEFT at the red light onto Hillcrest Drive. > If you're coming from the direction of Florala, take AL 55 North -- turn LEFT on the AL 55/South Bypass @ the "Gitty-Up-N-Go" convenience store. Turn RIGHT at Kubota tractor dealership, stay on the bypass (4-lane), travel approximately 2-1/2 miles. You will travel through THREE red light intersections.  Look for the JACKS fast food restaurant on your LEFT; it is at the 4th red light intersection for Hillcrest Drive / Western Bypass. Turn LEFT at the red light onto Hillcrest Drive. > After you've turned onto Hillcrest Drive -- drive until you see the sign "Covington County Administration Building" (bricked-bordered sign) in front of the building complex (you practically "run into" it), then drive around to the rear parking lot (you can go left or right BUT it’s best to stay to the right). The EOC building is situated between the two "wings" of the County Administration Complex, and is accessible from the rear parking lot.  You should see a YELLOW sign with "HAM RADIO MEETING" on the door.  Wheelchair access is available via another access door on the building; let us know you're here and we'll help guide you to the appropriate door. >> Back to the Test Info Page <<
